I would highly recommend the Canon Powershot a590 IS. It's only around $150 which is half of your max price. The quality of photos from this camera are on par with others I've tried worth 300-400 dollars. I'd consider this a wise investment.

i dont like speedos because usually when i have little or no clothe on i get an erection. i dont want the other guys thinking i got an erection because of them. is there any way to not get one. im pretty well built. im 5, 10 and 130lbs. What if the other guys think that im gay? should i just try another sport?
If you want really good race times you will definatley want a speedo. What you shoud do is get a speedo and wear it as underwear for a few days to get used to it. Wear only the speedo in bed until you are used to it as well. Think about dirt and puppies and grandma until the errection goes away. Plus, in the pool there is echem, "shrinkage" and you won't have to worry about it. And if by chance they see you having an errection pretend to be dosing off and thinking about a girl, or tell them you have a spandex fetish. They're probably thinking the same things you are right now!
